Thank you for your purchase! Each print is made to order with care and attention to detail.
Because of the nature of handmade and print-to-order products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted, but we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at katyasomisen@gmail.com.
Orders can only be canceled before they enter the printing or shipping process. Once production has started, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.
Returns & Exchanges
All prints are made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, size selection, or color preferences.
However, if there’s a problem with your order (such as damage during shipping or a printing error), please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll try out best to help you when applicable.

We’ll review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your package doesn’t arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at katyasomisen@gmail.com.
While we can’t be held responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, we’ll do everything we can to help locate your shipment.
