Order Processing

Each print is made by hand and printed to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production and packaging before your order is shipped.
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (Poland): 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs processing

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or seasonal demand.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as [ e.g. Fedex or DHL], depending on your location and the destination. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package is on its way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches your destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at katyasomisen@gmail.com.

Damaged or Lost Orders

We take great care to package every print securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at katyasomisen@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We’ll review your case and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

While we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers, we will do everything possible to assist you in resolving the issue when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each print is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives defective.
